Here at Integrity Air, LLC, we work with almost every type of heating system – big or small. At the end of the day, we want you and your family to feel warm and snug in your home, even if there’s snow coming down outside.
How Can We Help Keep You Warm?
If you took a survey of furnace systems across Portland and the surrounding areas, you’d find a vast variety of systems – old and new. The experienced crew at Integrity Air, LLC, has seen and serviced just about every type of system. The only heating system we don’t service is boilers.
So, with that in mind, here are five ways we can keep you warm this winter:
1. Green furnace conversion
Many of our clients here in Portland and surrounding cities like Lake Oswego, Hillsboro, Beaverton, and Clackamas are looking to upgrade their furnace to a more environmentally friendly (and, frankly, wallet-friendly) system. High-efficiency modern furnaces can give you a much better conversion rate – 93% and higher. This makes for a better system for your home.
2. Furnace installation
While most homes already have a furnace installed, this isn’t the case with every home, especially the older or historical Portland homes. We can work with you, your contractor, or your remodeler to get your furnace system in place before temperatures get too chilly.
3. Like-for-like furnace replacement
Not everyone wants or can afford a furnace upgrade – and that’s ok! We do like-for-like furnace replacement. So, if you are simply hoping to replace your old, broken down furnace with another, similar, furnace, you’re in luck!
4. Furnace repair
Many furnaces have years of life left in them; they just need repair. Our specialists are equipped to repair just about any furnace they come across as rapidly as possible. The last thing we want is for you to be without heat in the winter!
5. Furnace maintenance
Integrity Air, LLC, offers a comprehensive maintenance plan that provides your furnace with a deep cleaning and checkup every two years. We have found that, when maintenance is done right, this is all the support your average furnace needs.
